Creating custom plush is both fun and challenging. Using a concept or image we can bring alive your idea and create a three dimensional plush creation.
Step 1
Send us your best artwork. Let us know your general requirem
ents; including item size, special features, and potential order quantity.
Upon receiving your artwork and requirements we will email you a detailed quotation estimate. This estimate is usually emailed within one business day. Prices are confirmed after we produce a prototype sample*.
*Please note any company that provides a confirmed price prior to making the sample risks miscalculating. Watch for this, instead of informing you of their mistake they will often cheapen the production item to match their quote.
Step 2
Upon your direction we will proceed with your prototype sample.
The sample charge is $200.00 per design. The price includes all shipping charges. Samples take approximately two weeks**. This sample charge can later be applied to your production order. There is no charge for revisions to prototype samples. Along with the prototype sample we will provide you with confirmed pricing.
**Please note any company that promises samples very quickly is most likely not involving the factory in the sampling process. This will create huge problems later and virtually guarantees that the sample will not match the actual production.
Step 3
Order production and delivery is next. Allow three months delivery from when the prototype sample is approved and deposit received. Shipments are FOB. Blaine, WA or Richmond, BC. For larger orders (usually 5000 pc and over) we can often arrange FOB delivery to your door. For rush shipments air cargo is also available.
A few notes...
- Order Minimums: Minimum quantity is 1000 units (if your item is larger than 15" minimum quantity is reduced to 600 pieces).
- Quantity Breaks. We quote at 1000/2400/4800/9600+ piece price breaks. If there is a specific quantity required, we will quote accordingly.
- Order Terms. Orders require a 50% deposit with the balance COD or net 30 days with approved credit. All customers are required to complete our customer application form. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- US Orders are quoted in US$ and Canadian orders are quoted in CAN$.
- Order Confirmation. We confirm all custom orders in writing.
- Outside North America? We can ship worldwide FOB China.
- Are you a promotional products distributor? We work closely with 100s of distributors and provide full sales protection.
